Control System Description

• The 30m³ environmental test cabin is composed of an inner cabin and an outer cabin. The inner cabin is nested in the outer cabin. The inner cabin is the main test part of the environmental experiment cabin. The inner cabin size is 3.5×3.4×2.5 m, and the volume deviation is less than 0.5m³  , the size of the inner cabin door is 1.0×1.8m, the number of air changes is not more than 0.05h-1, and the mixing degree is more than 80%.

• The operating site needs to be equipped with a three-phase external power supply of P≥100KVA. There are two internal double-hole and three-hole integrated 10A and 16A sockets, a total of four, two of which are connected to the mains and two are connected to the variable frequency power supply for the experiment. The testing equipment and related auxiliary equipment are powered, and the power supply in the cabin can be controlled through the human-machine interface outside the cabin, so as to control the operation of the equipment under test and auxiliary equipment.

• Equipped with a particle generator, the particulate pollutants are selected from cigarette smoke according to GB/T18801-2015, and the cigarette lighting device is composed of three parts: the feeding box, the host and the receiving box.
