Features

• This product is a comprehensive climate test device. In addition to the weathering test, it can also test the light resistance of high-grade materials, that is, the polymer material is exposed to an artificial light source that simulates the sunlight spectrum passing through the glass to evaluate the light resistance of the material. Simulation and intensive experiments are carried out from the main climatic factors such as light energy, temperature, rainfall or condensation, and humidity.

• A xenon arc lamp that simulates the full sunlight spectrum is used to reproduce the destructive light waves that exist in different environments.

• Xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated tests for scientific research, product development and quality control, and can be used for tests such as selection of new materials, improvement of existing materials or evaluation of changes in durability after material composition changes.

• Suitable for plastics, rubber, paints, coatings, inks, paper, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, textiles, auto parts, packaging materials, building materials, electrical products, etc.


Structure

• Box material: The inner box is made of SUS304 stainless steel

• Circulation system: single-circulation centrifugal fan, split air duct structure

• Heater: Explosion-proof stainless steel finned heat pipe, electric heater

• Humidifier: UL type electric heater, humidifies the steam by the evaporation of the surface

• Color liquid crystal display touch type instrument temperature controller digital timing controller
